Bay District Schools is excited to partner with Edmentum to offer a free Summer Accelerated Math Prep Program for students preparing for Algebra I, Geometry, and Algebra II during the 2026–2027 school year.
The online program is designed to help students strengthen prerequisite math skills and build confidence before returning to the classroom in the fall. Courses are personalized, self-paced, and flexible, allowing students and families to work around busy summer schedules.
Students may enroll in:
Accelerate to Algebra I
Accelerate to Geometry
Accelerate to Algebra II
Each course begins with a pre-test to identify areas students have already mastered, allowing them to focus on the skills they need most. The courses are intended strictly for skill-building and preparation and are not credit recovery or initial credit replacement courses.
Participation in the program is completely optional and family-driven. There are no teacher assignments, grades, district monitoring, or course credit associated with participation. Students may enroll in as many courses as they would like at no cost.
The Summer Accelerated Math Prep Program will be available from June 1 through July 31, 2026. Students can self-enroll directly through Edmentum using ClassLink. Detailed enrollment instructions and course access codes are included in the FAQ document below.
